Who can use this app?
This app can be used for many different reasons, including:
  • Checking up on grandparents and making sure that they are doing their tasks, such as taking medications
  • Making sure that you remember to do any weekly tasks
  • Repetitive tasks such as doing your homework
  • Remembering to take your own medications
The list goes on and on! On top of that, this app was created with the goal of being incredibly simple to use, so everybody can use this app!
Do I have to be connected to the Internet to use WEminders?

You must be connected to the internet whenever you open or close the app. If you are using mobile data, the app will still work.

Will my home screen display all of my reminders?

Your home screen will display your first unfinished ten reminders. When you finish a task and click “Save”, the list will refresh and the ten most urgent unfinished reminders will show.

Which modes of communication are supported for notifications?

As of now, text messages (SMS) and email is working. We are working hard to add WhatsApp, as well!

Which country codes are supported right now?

Right now, country codes for the United States of America, India, the United Kingdom, Singapore, and Pakistan are supported. If you would like for your country to be added to the list, just contact us and let us know!

What is the correct way to input phone numbers?

Make sure to add the country code (it should start with a +). After that, you can choose any format you want!

How can I get in touch with app support?

Why am I not able to log in with my Apple ID?

There may be an issue with your sign-in. Please go into your phone’s settings > Apple ID > Password & Security > Apps Using Apple ID and remove WEminders from the list of apps that are currently using the Apple ID to sign in. After this, your login should work!

Why am I not able to see my email ID on an Apple device?

Because of Apple’s strict guidelines, if you did not allow the app to access your email address when you first downloaded the app, we do not have access to your email address. Therefore, we can’t display it. To fix this, please go to your phone’s settings > Apple ID > Password & Security > Apps Using Apple ID and remove WEminders from the list of apps that are currently using the Apple ID to sign in. Then, allow the app to show your email address.
